Yarbo converting my smooth arc driving into segments causes all kinds of issues, especially on inside corners. Even though I’ve mapped 3" away, the segmentation causes it the drive too deep and then crush my fence during the segment turns. The rear of the tread is clearly crossing the boundary I drove for this to happen. The resolution appears to be too low for the needed accuracy. What is the best way to work around this, and why is resolution so low?
And I bet it didn’t used to do this either. There’s not much you can do other than maybe try spiral, drop a NGZ just over the boundary to edge it away some. Or adjust the safety buffer some.
Correct, much worse that last year on the same maps. Sounds like you know something I don’t. Did the resolution change?
I think the PPP program comes with a non-disclosure…
Don’t know what changed, but I have the same issue along one section of my fence. I was blaming the trimmer, but your theory sounds probable as well.
I’ve noticed the last couple of mows I’ve done that it seems like the rover does a lot more stop, turn in place, proceed operations than previously, even though it looks like it’s maybe turning 15-20 degrees. Like the maximum allowable continuous turn angle has been reduced even further than it already was.
I noticed it with the previous update during the snowblower season
That’s when I noticed it too.
Same, seemed increased time to snow blow exponentially as well.
Hi there, sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. I’ll pass your feedback along to our team for further review.
As a potential workaround, you may want to try Bryan’s suggestion to see if it helps improve the situation. Please feel free to keep us updated on how it goes.
So your suggestion is to revert to where we were last year. I just don’t get it. Something of critical importance changed. Tell us what’s going to be done to correct it.
I’ve passed your feedback to our product team for evaluation.
