So the snowblower worked yesterday great. Now today it has the sound that it wants the auger to work and it’s no longer spinning at all. Tried the controller. Tried everything. Shear pins are fine. Don’t tell me some belt or something is broken. When I spin it manually it moves so it’s not stuck

Support is sending me out a replacement. Would be nice to have spares when this happens again.

I ordered one from Amazon. We will see how that works out.

My belt just broke, is there a video/tension spec?

So finally got an Amazon belt. Anyone know what I need to do to replace. Do I just remove that one part the belt goes into?

I haven’t seen or heard of an official replacement video. You could ask support if they have one they could provide, but I’d imagine you’d just need to remove enough to slip the belt on.

Please post some pics or a video showing what you ended up needing to do in order to replace it. And hopefully this will be the one and only time you ever need to do this! :slight_smile:

Back up and running, I wonder if slope mode might be contributing? It’s typically pushing some snow back to the top and then engaging the motor…
