First time poster and just got my unit today. Not sure this is something that can be altered, but it would be nice if the battery to the unit showed up same day or was always delivered first. Slightly bloodied my hands getting the unit into my garage since I couldn’t drive it there (I should probably own a dolly so that’s on me at least).
Buy the dolly, it will be useful around Christmas
The batteries have special handling and shipping requirements which can sometimes cause a delay if it all goes out at the same time. Also depends on which warehouse it came from.
