Broken track mount

Opened a ticket over two weeks ago about the front right track mount being broken. trying to do the right thing in asking yarbo to send me the mount and i can install it. this is a very easy thing to do. the only response i am getting back from them is sent it to the R&D team for final review. This is total BS they really should be sending me a replacement core but i’m trying to be nice and all yarbo is doing is pushing this to the back burner hoping i will go away. this company has the worst customer service of any company i have ever seen. they have no integrity what so ever. they have very good service and response when you are looking to buy something but the are the worst after the sale. all they are concerned with is getting your money then after that they could care less. we have named our core YACRAP because that’s what it is. CRAP

Our R&D team requested videos in order to verify whether the connection structure on the vehicle body was damaged, which helps them determine the correct parts to send. We’ve already received the pictures you provided and will be moving forward with the replacement process very soon.
