My mower occasionally starts not recognizing bumping into things. I get track slippage and then it just stops. Yes I do not have vision on, but the bump should work. Any tips? I suspect grass build up and occasionally blowing out around the bumper works, not always. Automagically it starts working sometimes. Again any tips to rectify this is appreciated.
You may have a bad bumper. I would start a support ticket.
Really did not consider this. Tend to try to resolve if I can, but is likely good advice. Thanks.

Thanks Bryan, now I am in thinking SMH should have checked for bumper removal. Will certainly try this soon.
Removed bumper, man those fine thread screws are long. Cleaned everything. There was old rotting grass and amazingly grass growing in the rotten grass. Reinstalled it all and unfortunately still not working. Watched it go head in to my peach tree for 30 or so seconds. Then said trying to get unstuck, normally I get the track slippage and it stops. I placed a ticket. Turned on vision. Thanks for the advice or pointing me to a relevant video, unfortunately that error is for the opposite. Seems it activates without touching anything. Pretty sure I had that at one point too..I submitted a ticket.
Wow. I never would have expected that. Cleaning out the bumper was not on my preventative maintenance list at all.
This is Year Two for my mower. God only knows what I’m gonna find in there! lol
Yeah it was under the plastic covers. It is year 2 on the mower for me as well 
grass gets into the most amazing places. I am not sure how it all got in there. Rotting grass smells horrible…
Sounds like maybe a wire harness issue.
Magically started working, but yep collision occurred yet in the middle of an open area. Lightly kicked around the bumper and started going again. We will see, but I think the bumper sensors themselves have some issues.
That was short lived, back to not working 
hopefully support will check into it.

Same symptoms as my failure, intermittent and gets more frequent until continuous collision. The bumper is an easy swap.
Thanks, yeah I took completely off once just super long fine thread screws, but was easy. I need to get a video of it as they asked. That means I have to be around though, so it might take some time. Struggling at the moment as I am using vision, so now it gets stuck around my pine trees trying to navigate around them.
Also now have the weird thing where it does not pull completely on to the charger and says charging failed. It’s about 1:4 times. I can manually position it then it charges…
