Need some bumpers

I’m having problems with my bumper on the lawnmower constantly saying it’s hitting stuff when there’s nothing there . So I emailed support a couple weeks ago and they finally responded. And I told them that I disconnected the bumpers so I can continue using the mower which also proves that that is the problem. So then they reply this morning with..Hi Jevon,

I’m like how can you be so incompetent and work for customer service you haven’t resolved a thing yet.

These tech stories just amaze me. I still think some of them have to be AI generated. I can’t believe they didn’t say that they hope you are in good health, that one gets me everytime. Two responses in a row, will be the same about my health.
