First use after the fixes for the snowblower module/camera and all worked as it should.

I wish I knew for certain what fix was the major contributor but hey computers are sentient. Sometimes they just need a little love. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Thank you but I am not concerned about my purchase. I love the device. I am just pointing out issues so others don’t have to deal with them. Not everyone is as handy or has the time I do, to do the problem solving.

I wish the people at Yarbo every possible success.

Spoke too soon. New belt is shredded.

New belt after three uses.

Did it look misaligned at all?

The teeth are worn right off. I just posted a video. What do you think?

I feel like we need to start checking our belts very frequently until Yarbo gets to the bottom of this issue.

I think you need a new motor and obviously belt. Any damage to your pulleys?

That is really unfortunate. I hope that resolution for your issue is more expedient than mine has been. My replacement belt and pulley are sitting on my desk, awaiting more information from Yarbo. My replacement pulley had issues/defects, quite literally, right out of the box. I forwarded my concerns and data to Yarbo and they have essentially said “don’t do anything until we get back to you”. So I am sitting here watching it snow… 16 days and counting with no snowblower..

I think both the pulleys are showing signs of wear. The big one looks bent from the belt and the small new one looks like the top rim is wearing off like the old one I just replaced.

I put the old worn belt back on for now but it won’t last long.

I’m betting they may end up sending you a new module.
