Change augur speed mid plan

I know you can set augur speed by area, but often conditions might warrant a change of augur speed (especially to handle wet snow). Currently I have to have multiple areas and sometimes overlapping ones that have different augur speeds. If we could easily change the speed (either mid plan, or until yarbo moves to a new area) it would reduce multiple areas with augur speeds.
