Core replacement initiated a month ago haven't heard from Yarbo since.

Hi Guys is there a way to escalate my core replacement? I have called support a few times but they always tell me replacement has been initiated and i should hear something in 48 hours and then I never do. I’ve been told that 3 times. My Ticket # is 200228. could someone let me know when it will be shipped? Thanks in advance for the help. If I sound like I’m complaining it’s because you made a product I can no longer live without. Take it as a compliment.

Yep. This is odd. They close the ticket with promise that replacement process is initiated and customer will receive further info in 48h, but then nothing happens. If they are in different departments, then they should open another ticket for replacement shipping, so the process can be tracked. Now it feels like it just goes to /dev/null and that’s it.
