Notice today data center is flashing red light.
Could this be due to the update? My app is updated but firmware not yet.
App 3.16.0
Firmware 3.9.29
Diagnostic show data center connection 2, GNGGA 0. Satellite map shows zero satellite.
Doesn’t seem anything physically wrong with it and it has not moved. I can connect to data center through the app and control the light. Power cycle didn’t help.
I cannot reinstall data center, it just says signal is not good.
It was working fine earlier this week, even successful complete a mow.

You can try shutting down and restarting the data center… in case of bad weather with a sky covered by dense storm clouds, this can happen.
Is there a particular way to shut it down? I already tried power cycle it.
I unplug the power supply and wait for the white LED on the power supply to go off.
I saw that in the datacenter settings in the app they have inserted the function to reconnect the datacenter.. try that too
Nah reconnect doesn’t fix it. I think reconnect just connects the app to the data center which I know still works because I can control the light on data center.
As far as I recall during setup, flashing red is related to satellite. It should turn green once it’s in open area. It doesn’t even require hook up to the router.
I can’t seem to get by a month without some major issues with Yarbo…
Try redoing the installation. If I remember correctly, you can choose to keep the current position without having to redo it and then continue until completion. Have you checked that the antennas haven’t moved and that they’re still pointing upward?
Yeah the antenna hasn’t moved, I don’t think the whole thing has moved. I can’t reinstall, the process requires the data center to turn green.

Power off the data center and unplug the battery cable on the rover for 5 mins. Power up the DC and then the rover. If it is still red, then it is an RTK problem. I would open a support ticket.
Hi there—have you tried the troubleshooting steps Bryan shared? If those don’t resolve the issue, please contact our support team for further assistance.

I’ve tried the above, the red light persists.
I’ve open a support ticket 114368.
Just to update, the support ask me to swap rtk antenna from the core with the one on data center. Data center was able to turn green and core was not able to find satellite as a result. They sent a replacement antenna and after installing the new antenna, data center is able to turn green and find satellite again. Not sure what’s wrong with the old antenna though. There’s no visible damage to it.
