Dealer vs Direct buy notifications

Good afternoon!
This is just an FYI -
I purchased my Yarbo through a local dealership, who has been wonderful with achieving success with this product.
Today, I just received a tube of “Yarbo protective coating.”
It is my understanding that direct-purchase customers get emails regarding things like this.
Please be advised that those of us who buy a Yarbo through a supported local dealership do not get such emails at this time.
Please consider whether you are going to notify a local dealer about things like this, who will then notify an end-customer, or whether you are going to directly notify the end-customer yourself. My recommendation is that you notify both.

Thank you, and cheers!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! We appreciate your feedback and have passed it along to the relevant department. Typically, we notify the dealer, who then conveys the information to the end customer. However, we understand your point and will work on improving communication both between us and the dealers, as well as between the dealers and you.

We apologize for not being able to directly notify end customers, as we do not have all the necessary contact information. Thank you for your understanding, and we appreciate your input!
