Curious what is meant by double wide pattern, are you referring same direction passes side by side? That would be a nice trick for getting to more of a u-turn effect versus the current which seems to be a cross between smart and zero, where it does mostly smart turn the suddenly zero as last adjustment.

Yeah zero turns need to be removed from the equation if smart turn is set.

Yep and still missing patches of grass that are clear pathing errors.

This is a bit of my suggestion for tow mode. Yesterday I watch Yarbo make a full sweeping U turn on its own. I certainly like the idea of cutting like this too. Even though you would re-cut the ends it would likely be much faster.

My bad artist rendition, done properly it would mow over the missed cuts. When I mowed with a tractor this is how I did it then 1 or 2 fully around paths for cleanup.

You could increase the size of the stripe by increasing the turn radius or number of 1 direction paths. For example with Yarbo maybe 3 would get close to a 36 inch stripe with 4in over lap…this would also likely be a good no zero turn sweep allowing for continuous “forward” momentum and no back and forth jockeying.
