Frozen Planet of Hoth

I have returned to the frozen planet of Hoth. The Rebels and I left and found ourselves on the sugar sandy beaches of the southern United States in shorts and tee shirts soaking up the 80 degrees days like a parched sponge soaks up water.

It would appear as though our return was ill timed as the frozen planet of Hoth is still covered in the white stuff and the temperatures are less than desirable.

But nonetheless, here I am….. what’d I miss?

While away, I noticed my battery would only charge to about 70-80 percent while sitting on the charger “twiddling Yarbos thumbs”. It seems to have recovered to 100%.

I have not caught up on all the action on the forum so there may have been a fix or it could be temperature related. Either way, there is some snow today but not enough to run Yarbo.

Welcome back! Did you bring us any warm weather?

70-80%, if accurate, is a much better long term storage level to keep these Lithium batteries at, if nothing was scheduled and the app could tell you weren’t local, hopefully they have started doing that on purpose:sweat_smile:

Glad you’re back to a more hospitable climate, 80 and sunny sounds like awful skin cancer inducing weather :hot_face: :sweat_smile::sweat_smile::sweat_smile::sweat_smile::zany_face:

Welcome back. If that battery won’t charge up again, try disconnecting for 4 hours. That should reset the BMS.

I’m pretty sure it WASN’T because there was no scheduled events and I was out of place. It started charging to 100% again while I was still away. I’d guess the cold weather….
