It was not spinning. I was assuming overcurrent was the error, but the app wouldn’t indicate as such, nor could it clear. I was able to get it going using an auto plan, but i will reset it a s well. Is the M25 connector the connection point of the core and snowblower unit?

Is there not enough play in the slack of the cables when connected? Is this the potential issue? Or the actual components of the connector?

I’m guessing maybe the core cable itself is a little tight and putting strain on the connector and like it was mentioned in the above linked post with the cold causing contraction of the cables and connectors, etc.

its a recent thing i’m noticing, so either it’s firmware update or “damn cold” related. From my super scientific testing i was noticing it more when my module is at or below 0.5 and it would work much better at heights above .5

Could be the super cold temperatures made the cables less flexible which is causing the issue when the module goes up and down

This tracks with other reports I’ve seen. Adjusting the module height helps it to work or not.

Yeah I think the very cold temps have impacted cable flexibility moving the M25 just enough to cause sporadic disconnects. It can manifest as auger overcurrent warnings, front camera cutouts/lag, random pauses as it waits for the auger to get up to speed (sometimes indefinitely), module disconnects…

I like their quick disconnect connector and I wish more things on Yarbo were made this way. I would gladly take your fix because that would mean that they’d HAVE to redesign that module cover and if they do that, it better not have a removable screw or need a tool. Captive thumbscrew would be fine…

Yes - the blue connector on the module connection cable is the M25 standard. Support that connection somehow and see if things improve.
