Google was always crooked anyways. 
My Android is normal.
My Android looked like that up until I installed the most recent app update. Now it is centered. I thought it was a resolution issue but its ‘fixed’ after the update and I didnt change any settings.

I have a Samsung S25+. After looking at your pic again my issue was a little different. In your case the darker and lighter inner circles are both shifted to the right. In my case only the lighter inner circle was shifted to the right.

Very strange. Any other languages or anything loaded? Those always seem to throw weird issues.
