I was not able to match your aRNS and amount to my CC statement. I think you just accumulated multiple things into one ARN that does not give any info of what was the amount and date of refund that you attempted. Could you pls send me the details again and post it here for people to judge.
I’ve sent you all the relevant ARN numbers via direct message. After reviewing the screenshots we previously provided in the support ticket and carefully reconciling the details, I identified two ARN numbers that were not included before. I’ve highlighted those two in bold in the DM for clarity.
When you have a moment, please review them and let me know if anything still doesn’t match your credit card statement.

Is this what you call good support… This issue has persisted for this person for more than 60 days! What planet are you from that this even remotely resembles anything positive… This is a failure at every level….

Please send me the dates of these refunds. I suspected right, all the coupons, refunds of cancelled orders and refunds for wrong charges all seens as refunds for cancelled products. if you send me dates I can tell you for each refund what was that. Please do not accumulate charges, send me the individual refund transactions with dates. Some of the refunds that you sent me are from original date of order, those were coupon savings and I do not know why they are seen as refund. they are dated back all the way to 2024. Spreader and sprayer was cancelled just last quarter of 2025. Please send me dates and I will clarify each charge and map that to my CC statement.

Thanks, I will review and provide explanation of every refund. You can see that many refunds are way before cancellation of spreader/sprayer and as I explained earlier, either they were coupons or wrong chanrges refunded. But I will provide all the details line item by line item.
Here is the screenshot fo the detail I sent back to support. I tried to explain the $600 + $200 refunds were not actually refunds, they were order coupons. please see my document and explain why $600 and $200 that were refunded in 2024 are considered refund for sprayer that was cancelled in Q3 2025.
