Hi Yarbo, I am still waiting for my refund from last 3 months. Yarbo support keep saying they escalated my case to finance but every 2 days keep saying the same thing over and over again. Yarbo kept my Money since the August 2024 and even after cancelling the product still holding it. Can someone in Yarbo pls. help me get my refund for Sprayer and Spreader.

I do not know what $800 refund you are talking about? Why you would Yarbo refund for sprayer in 2024? when the sprayer was cancelled in 2025. And Sprayer was still a valid order at the time when I receive the email for Sprayer and Spreader cancelation. Then I opted Spreader to be refund as points and Sprayer as full refund. Things are not adding up here. I ran my AMEX report for 2024, I do not see any $800 refund from Yarbo and total amount I paid after all the discounts in 2024 to Yarbo was $8,543.40 (Core, Mower, Snow blower, Plow, Trimmer, Edger, Spreader and Sprayer). Something is really wrong in your reports. I am stating again, I had options to get 150,000 point for Spreader and 150,000 points for Sprayer, so why I will have that option if my Sprayer was refunded in 2024 and why would you refund the Spreayer in 2024 when it was still targeted for delivery.

I have complained as well as a lot of other people… Support will just blatantly lie to you just to end the call… Welcome to Yarbo Support.. They do not care once they have your money.
I got the following reply from Yarbo which is completely wrong and a lie. Most of the refund was coupon code that was applied at the time of ordering and nothing was refunded for cancelled product other than 150,000 points for Spreader. I paid $999 for Sprayer and I want my full amount back and now I even want full amount back for Spreader and get back your useless 150,000 points. The other refund was for cancelling my Edger earlier and I even opted for late Trimmer delivery.
Since when Liquid sprayer was $199. That $199 refunded was for extra plow that was mistakenly ordered. I shared the screenshot of the order that I paid $999 for Spreader and $999 for sprayer. pls see below the screenshot for order # 27824 and there is no refund given for that. YARBO YOU KEPT MY MONEY FOR MORE THAN A YEAR AND NOW REFUSING TO RETUR IT. ARE YOU CALLING FOR A LAWSUIT FOR KEEPING CONSUMER MONEY AND NOT RETURNING IT. GIVE ME THE EVIDENCE THAT SPRAYER WAS $199 AND YOU ALREADY REFUNDED THAT AFTER THE CANCELLATION
I just got back and would like to continue struggle to get my refund. I am attaching my Credit card spread sheet to new support ticket #156145. There I mentioned the 3 coupon codes that were applied for 3 different orders. The last refund was something I was confused since I was suppose to get $999+tax back for sprayer refund instead I got $198 refunded. Now I see my spreader 150K gone from my account. I was suppose to get 150K point for Spreader cancellation, 55K Points for edger cancellation and full $999+tax refund for cancelled sprayer. Now all I see is just 15k ($150) worth of points. No 150000 point for spreader and no 55000 points for edger cancellation and no $999+tax refund for sprayer. I opened another ticket and attached my entire CC statement for Yarbo charges and refunds. Can someone pls. notice this and reply or give me a call. English speaker support pls.

The support team is confusing the coupons applied at time of ordering and refund of double charge and refund of extra plow blade with spreader and sprayer and edger refund. Now all my points are gone from my account. I had 55K points for edger and 150K points for spreader refund.
Seems to me you need a phone call with Yarbo’s accounting department or whoever handles these issues. I bet a lot of confusion is introduced into the situation by the back and forth emails.

How many times do I need to explain and provide my full credit card transaction history to show that no refunds were ever issued? You have now removed reward points that were previously granted to me, even though I did not receive any refund.
Yes, I requested refunds for both the spreader and the sprayer. However, I have not received any refund. If you claim that a $999 refund was issued, please provide proof of that refund, including the date, amount, and the card it was refunded to. The original purchase was made using my AMEX card, and I have already shared my complete credit card statements showing all payments and refunds since the day I purchased Yarbo.
There are no two $999 refunds, nor is there any refund for the edger reflected on my statements. I have already provided clear proof that I did not receive any refunds. What additional documentation does Yarbo require?
Yarbo continues to state that refunds were processed based on internal ledger records, but if the funds never reached my account, those records are meaningless. If what you are saying is true, please prove that an additional $999 refund was issued after you removed the 150,000 points for the spreader.
At this point, I request that someone from the finance department contact me directly to resolve this matter.
Have you tried contacting your bank with the ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) codes we have provided in the ticket?
Please review the attached spreadsheet in the ticket. I have all the reference there from credit card export. can someone is Yarbo send me all ARN with dates and amounts. I will be able to tele any refund through statment (that was attached).
All ARN with dates and amounts have been sent in previous response under ticket #120868.
I already explained to Yarbo that these were coupons applied to the original purchase and refunds for canceled orders. One of the refunds occurred because Yarbo charged the wrong dollar amount, and the refund was simply the reversal of that error.
Yarbo did not properly review their own dates. If you look at the dates of the so-called “refunds,” they were processed well before the spreader and sprayer were even canceled. That timeline alone proves these were not improper refunds.
This is exactly why I received 150,000 points, which have now been removed from my account without justification.
Yarbo, please post all the ARNs here publicly. Once you do, I will explain each and every one and attach my credit card statements to support them. I have nothing to hide.
You have already held $3,000 of my money for nearly a year without escrow, and now you appear to be attempting to keep it. That is not acceptable. This is my hard-earned money, and I will pursue legal action if necessary.
Post all ARNs here so that others can review the facts and judge the situation themselves.
I still think a simple phone call and/or Zoom call with the proper Yarbo accounting representatives will be your best approach to resolving this.
You need to go through the entire chronology of the purchase history from start to finish so both you and the Yarbo staff are on the same page.
