Memory Mapping outside of Area

Memory Mapping fails when the Yarbo core has to move outside of a mapped area to complete a line of trimming. Because the trimmer is behind the Yarbo, this means that in order to complete a trimming job the yarbo has to move about 4 feet past the last point where trimming needs to be done. For me this often means that the core will exit a mapped area to complete the trim. There should be an exclusion that allows the user to accept a memory map that goes beyond an area.

Exit the area, turn off the trimmer when recording the memory path and then re-enter the area safely and you should be able to do this without any exclusions needed.

Hi there, thanks for sharing this. Hope Bryan’s suggestion may be helpful for your case — it could be a good workaround for now.

The app does not let me continue once the front of the Yarbo goes over the area boundary line. It instructs me to return to the last recorded point inside the area.

This used to work, I guess they put a limit in to prevent it from ending outside a boundary.
