There’s a guy on FB that wax coated and put an impeller kit on. Said it really helped with wet snow. I won’t be drilling into my impeller, but it would be nice to have a factory option that wouldn’t void your warranty.

The only location I’ve had an issue with snow sticking is underneath, or if to much builds on the front of the blower and throws off balance, anywhere else is cosmetic? [image]

It will eventually get stuck and high centered with the slightest bump or accumulation. The ground clearance effectively goes to zero. It’s tight packed snow and it just packs tighter and tighter. The tracks won’t get any grip, and then even if they do it’ll get that front end up and over somethi…

To be honest, I don’t recall ever really looking at the bottom of my core for accumulated snow like that. Interesting seeing how much was under yours. My Yarbo is off running another snowblowing job right now. Maybe when it gets done I’ll talk myself into going out there to see what’s underneath. …
