we had some heavy rain for a couple of days but no rain the last 24hr. I used compressed air to clean it and dry it but the sensor value is still at 3955. I rebooted the module and the RTK 2 times. Any ideas
24 or 23 model? Have you tried disabling the mow in the rain toggle in working preferences? If you have the rain detection option instead, then you have the latest app. Try disabling that if it is enabled. That will at least let you get back to work.
Did you by chance put any kind of protective coating or anything on the mower and maybe got it on the sensor?
Thanks no coating on the mower, 24 version and I have the rain detection disabled. this morning the rain value dropped form 3955 to 3934 but its dry and no rain for 2 days. does the panel where the sensor come off ? is there something under there that got wet and cant dry out?

I’m thinking your sensor is broken. I don’t know that it comes off easily. Do you have a ticket open already? If not, I would recommend doing so. In the interim, try pouring a cup of water on it and see if the values change. Maybe clean it with a hose real good and then some isopropyl alcohol.
thanks I did open a ticket and it changes when I put my fingers on it and goes back to 3944 and varies to 3955 thanks
