Replacement mower module

I have tried several times to contact support on the app and It’s give me a message that it’s unable to create a ticket. I’ve replied 3 times to a previous email, and I haven’t received a response. I was waiting for a replacement mower module and I received another trimmer module instead. I’m getting emails daily to schedule a pickup of my defective module. I just wanted my replacement mower before I send the old one back.

I suggest giving Yarbo support a call on Monday. Hopefully that will help expedite your replacement.
