When I “enter my yard” the map is blank/black, I can zoom in and out but nothing is there unless I hit the locate button. When I goto overly a background no map is shown either, and if to save the map is doesn’t show up in my yard.
Yarbo did live a few miles away to do some snow snow blowing at my folks house this winter but I have removed those areas. I also don’t have boundaries set, as that seems to come up in mapping issue posts.
lastly, once I “locate” the yarbo and have it on the dock I get an error “Route calculation failed…Route calculation failed. The cleaning path is cut off by an NGZ area. (WP032)”
I have a very intricate yard and spent countless hours building my map so I’m not inclined to start over unless absolutely necessary. Any help is appreciated, thank you!
Often times it’s bluetooth that causes lag/delay loading the map. Disabling it temporarily on your phone and force closing and reopening the app can help. As for the route calculation failed, check your NGZ’s and make sure that they aren’t completely blocking the core from getting to part of the area. If they orphan or narrow parts of an area and the core can’t calculate a path to get to that side, it will fail with that error. It checks the whole map, not just the area you are trying to work. You can expand the NGZ to block the whole area. You can temporarily disable the NGZ’s you suspect and see if the plan will start. If it does, you know which NGZ is the problem.
Regarding the first issue you mentioned (the map showing blank/black), we recommend submitting a support ticket so our team can take a closer look and help investigate what’s happening.
As for the WP032 error, you can follow Bryan’s suggestion to check your NGZs, as they may be blocking part of the route. If you’re not sure which one might be causing the issue, you’re also very welcome to share your map here—we’d be happy to help take a look and identify any NGZ that could be contributing to the problem.
I’m was unaware about the orphaned areas causing issues, that one spot was done on purpose due to lack of gps but the maps worked last year. I’ll disable that one and try again. Thanks.
Thanks guys, I erased the NGZ and it w"started right up. 10 hours later I get an alert and yarbo was mowing the Ivy bed that NGZ was protecting lol. Stared making smaller maps today but had really good results overall
