Out of bounds error, but rover is not out of bounds

Update… At least they are looking, but I still don’t get the increasing the boundary. Yarbo already leaves way to much grass around the parameter.

Thank you for your response, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

We completely understand your concern, especially after reviewing the pictures you shared, and we agree that the unit appears to be well within bounds.

The troubleshooting step we previously suggested (increasing the perimeter buffer) is intended as a temporary workaround to help minimize interruptions while we continue investigating the root cause.

At the same time, we are actively working on this issue from our end and are in the process of extracting and analyzing the system logs from the time the issue occurred. This will help us identify the exact cause and work toward a permanent fix.

In the meantime, we kindly request you to increase the perimeter buffer slightly and monitor the behavior. Please let us know the outcome after making this adjustment.

We truly appreciate your patience and cooperation, and we are committed to resolving this issue as soon as possible.

Best regards,

Lionel

Team Yarbo

I would love to hear how increasing the working space OUTSIDE the defined area will help the situation. Maybe I’m t1he dumb one.

Makes no sense to me

Dear Yarbo Owner,

Thank you for your patience while we looked into this.

We have confirmed this is a bug and it will be fixed in a future firmware update.

In the meantime, as a workaround, please enable PPVS in the app settings. There is logic built into PPVS that helps guard against this issue and should prevent the out of boundary issue from affecting your mowing sessions.

Thank you for your understanding.

You can always enable PPVS and drop the travel distance way down. Good to know there is at least a work around and it’s now known.
