Overheating issue

I’m hoping to get some advice on an overheating problem that’s limiting my Yarbo to just one job per day.

Here’s what’s happening: I start a mowing job around 9:30 am after the morning dew has mostly dried, and it typically finishes around 1:00 pm, at which point the unit returns to its charging station. It charges for about an hour before the battery overheats (ambient temps here in Florida are in the 90s°F), and charging then stops until sometime after midnight.

What I’d like to see is for the unit to return to the charger, charge to at least 80%, and then resume mowing the same day and finishing the job and then moving on to a second area

Has anyone found a workaround for this, or is there a setting I’m missing?"

Shade over the dock and wrapping the battery cover in white vinyl really help. A fan blowing across the core if necessary helps too.

Additionally, you can try scheduling your mowing and charging sessions during the cooler parts of the day to help improve charging performance in hot weather.
