Hello, I could use a little help with the physical controller. Everything else is working pretty well currently except the physical controller shuts off about 3-5 seconds after I turn it on. I hit the power button and the lights come on but then it shuts right off after a few seconds. I’ve tried holding the connect button right after I power it up but it still shuts off. About the only thing that works (sometimes) is if I press a bunch of buttons at the same time and then it will vibrate and stay on. Other than that, I’m fighting it to get it to stay on. Once it’s on I can connect to the rover and control it so I know it’s paired. Any ideas? Thanks
Have you held down the switch button to gain authority? That should force it to connect and stay on.

I’ve tried that a few dozen times right after turning on the controller and it doesn’t work. The only thing that works is a random push of a lot of the buttons and then it sometimes stays on. After it’s on, I can connect via the switch button and it will control the rover but after I power off the controller I have to repeat the process all over again. The controller works the rover but it’s a pain to get it to stay on.

I had similar experience with the physical controller where I got frustrated with it and went back to use the phone. I will try again based on the suggestion
