OMG I just had the same issue with J6 cable coming out as well when installing the plastic cover. I was about to suggest the same thing, glad to hear you figured it out.
How did you figure that out. Did you notice at the install or after?
I figured it out after as well. (I fortunately tested the snowblower before doing the plastic cover install, so I knew it worked). As part of diagnosing, I swapped to another known good (the leaf blower), still had no adjustment, then removed the blower and removed the plastic cover, and saw the J6 dangling.
What do you think caused this J6? The cover installation itself?
My guess is it wasn’t fully seated (clicked in) and the tugging on the cable during the install unplugged it.
My guess the J6 cable was not plugged all the way and should not come unplugged just because of a plastic cover. Going through the diagnosis with Yarbo Support was not a good experience because one time they said it is the Wi-Fi and the Bluetooth connection and another time they said it is the docking station location. It is a good thing I did not go that route.
Did you happen to notice where The J6 cable terminates?
No. I only noticed the cable was dangling in the air, which was an immediate question, where does this cable go and why it is hanging in the air. I plugged it again and tested, then everything was fine. The good experience comes out of it is you learn how Yarbo is behaving when the linear actuator is unplugged which causes Yarbo not to be able to adjust the height of the module and sits or turn 90-180 degrees as a confused Yarbo, which causes it not to Start the plan.
After fixing the cable issue. I used the snow blower after the snow storm when the snow has turned into icey and crunchy. The snow blower got stuck twice but it was not a problem overall the snow blower cleaned up the driveway. One thing I can say is the plastic cover is important and I noticed when I did the rework on the cable drops of water accumulated on the plastic cover. Had not been a plastic cover these water drops would have made into the inside and touch the electronic and wires
It’s ok if water gets in there. Everything is sealed and made for it. You don’t want to submerge it or spray it with a water hose or anything (just in case), but it’s safe.
Great. Good to know. Thanks
