How hard should it be to get some security screws to replace the ones worn out from having to open the battery cover so many time. I have one stripped so it won’t unscrew. I going to have to drill the head off, making it unusable. Have posted ticket #159621. I can buy new ones for less than $5 so why do they require a picture in order to say “yup it’s stripped”?
