Snow Plow blade screw replacement?

One of my thumb screws for the plow blade sheered off when attaching.

  1. Can you replace the screw in it? I took to the top off only to find that it appears to be 2 screws, the top one with a spring and a bottom “unheaded” thread which doesn’t appear to come out.
  2. Can you order new ones?
  3. is there something that’s better to use in their place?
