Although the screws are supplied with blades, one might consider whether screws with a strength of 12.9 would be more effective in preventing wear when unscrewing them to replace the blades. It’s easy for the screw seats where the screwdriver is inserted to become damaged during the operation, making unscrewing more difficult.

You guys could use a screwdriver? I had to grab the heads with vise grips as there was no way a screw driver had a chance of a bite. Got two concrete rings around water valves and did not overlap their NGZ circles. Yarbo shot a line (mm wide) through the gap. Guess what, Yarbo is a bit wider and the concrete did the rest…
Removing screw heads with concrete… sounds bad.
I would love for them to be hex/allen keyed bolts or maybe those triangular bits. Feel like that would hold up better when removing.
The Allen could potentially fill with packed dirt. But if they are knurled at least you could grab em with pliers.
I would wash the deck first. I would hope that would get the dirt out in the process of that. I’ve heard people complain about dirt packed screws too. Most just take a small screw driver or paper clip or something to scrape it out first.
Thank you for sharing your experience and observations. Currently, we haven’t received any after-sales issues regarding this, so we may not consider making changes at this stage. However, we will keep your suggestion in mind should we find it necessary to make improvements in the future.
1/4 or 5/16 screws would be much preferable.
Are there a suitable replacement screws for the discs? Some of mine are getting worn and it would be nice to put in some new ones.

Spare screws and blades are included
