First cut job finished. Only a 8000 sqft part of my front yard. Grass was very long as I was waiting to cut it with the Pro. Did a good job, but I did have a scare before the job started. I have never had a power board warning. But after changing the mower to the new Pro, a few minutes of me manually driving the Yarbo, I got the warning. I rebooted the core through the app and it has not came back on since.
I think the Pro is the ticket for my thick country grass the is very wet all the time. It will be interesting to see how bad the deck gets plugged up with grass.
Had mine mowing wet grass for a while now with no issues thus far. It handles wet and tall grass pretty well. The power board issue could’ve been due to hot swapping. Did you power down before disconnecting or connecting the modules?
I got mine yesterday. Today, put the metal blades on, mapped out, and mowed a couple areas. One with a very steep slope. The mower did the job well. I was a little nervous when it was doing smart turns on the slope, but it handled that ok. Obviously, I have a lot to learn in order to optimize it for the areas, but I’m encouraged by the performance so far. We have some dry leaves on the lawn. It broke them up but it’s not going to be a fall mulching mower.
Just to update, mower working great, great cut, I had been cutting in med speed most of the summer, now with the pro I moved that up to fast, it might even take fastest. This is how I was hoping Yarbo would be.
Thanks so much for the assessment. I was hoping for these type of responses which is why I went with the Pro over the M1. Not that the M1 is bad, I just had a feeling the Pro was the way to go.
