Product description as always is missing proper details and tech spec. Such product description is good only for housewifes but not for tech users looking for the product by spec and performance.

I was able to find the HX-609 on aliexpress for $37, much less than the HA-609. Also, the HA-609 listings all had a limit of 1 per customer. There are a lot of variants of the 609’s out there. They can have different performance even with similar specs. That’s why I bought direct from Yarbo. Hoping there is consistency in their supplier. It will also be supported by them if it were to break.

What do you do with those 3 holes? Won’t moisture get inside the antenna housing? [20260611_211405]

Those are optional mounting points. It shouldn’t be a penetration point into the housing. If you’re concerned about it, a dab of silicone would take care of it.

Here is the write-up I made after testing those antennas out last year. I have had cero GPS signal strength problems after I installed them. They are worth every euro/dollar you spend on them. Definitely a must buy if you ever have had GPS issues related to the signal strength.
