Pro RTK antenna

Exactly why I bought them from Yarbo.

Mine said June when I ordered.

I can always change back to old ones

@macedo.jonathan - I think I was the first to get these as a “beta” for the GPS issues I had - about 6-8 months ago now. The second I started using them never again did I have a “GPS” related issue again.

So they sent it to you, then sat on their hands for 6 to 8 months, that is when I gave up and found my own. I was on here asking over and over for them to sell them.

Oh wait they were “testing” them. I figured out they worked in less than 30 minutes.

Here is the thing, they NEVER asked me once about them, I just stop squeaking so I guess they assumed they worked. You would have thought they would have at least sent a message and asked if they solved the problem.

Maybe that is the problem with the QA process in the software, they don’t hear back from the “testing” so they assume its awesome, compile and ship.

Product description as always is missing proper details and tech spec. Such product description is good only for housewifes but not for tech users looking for the product by spec and performance.

It is currently out of stock, with an expected delivery timeframe of mid to late July.

Here is the write-up I made after testing those antennas out last year. I have had cero GPS signal strength problems after I installed them. They are worth every euro/dollar you spend on them. Definitely a must buy if you ever have had GPS issues related to the signal strength.

I was able to find the HX-609 on aliexpress for $37, much less than the HA-609. Also, the HA-609 listings all had a limit of 1 per customer. Spec-wise they are pretty much identical, the HX includes L-band so I assume that means a slightly larger frequency range, not sure.

I mapped one of my wooded areas yesterday using the stock antennas on high mounts. It lost signal a number of times while mapping and when I ran the area it had to stop multiple times to wait for gps. It did recover though on its own and completed. When I get the new antennas I can run that area again and see if there is an improvement.

There are a lot of variants of the 609’s out there. They can have different performance even with similar specs. That’s why I bought direct from Yarbo. Hoping there is consistency in their supplier. It will also be supported by them if it were to break.

What do you do with those 3 holes? Won’t moisture get inside the antenna housing?

Those are optional mounting points. It shouldn’t be a penetration point into the housing. If you’re concerned about it, a dab of silicone would take care of it.
