Weak GPS signal - Can't find a good spot for the DC anywhere

Ever since I have received my Yarbo snowblower 2 weeks ago, I have been unable to find a good location for the Data Center. No matter where I try on the property, I cannot get a good signal. I tried far away from buildings with unobstructed view of th sky, and I also tried above the roof of the house to no avail.

I don’t know what I am doing wrong, if anything. I am following the instructions to the letter. I know that there may be electromagnetic interference in some areas of the property under power lines and a post-mounted power transformer, but this should not affect the entire property. Should I be looking for higher gain RTK antenas for the rover and/or DC?

Any help would be quite appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Also, what exactly do you mean by not finding a good signal? Can you be more descriptive?

Don’t worry, you’re in the right place. Most likely, you’ll be up and running in no time.

First, go into settings, data center settings, and make sure your DC firmware is up to date. Then if it’s flashing red, do a reinstall DC. It won’t hurt to do this again and may actually solve your issue. Settings, Reinstall Data Center. If that still doesn’t work, please do post some screenshots and photos.

Hi there, I had similar issues during initial install. I found the RTK antenna on the DC didn’t like to be too tight. When the SMA connector is fully tightened, my DC shows low signal, but when I only tighten “just enough” I get full signal. Might be worth a shot to slightly loosen the antenna while watching/refreshing the signal meter in the App( i believe its in the DataCenter installation section)
