Yarbo app requires user to swipe to activate manual control. This is understandable, but once manual control is active, do not require user to swipe every time manual control is used.
For example, if user is towing yard equipment around, or performing mapping functions, it is inconvenient to have to constantly swipe when pulling up manual controls.
Certain conditions would require another swipe, such as activating a job, or docking/charging, then starting a manual session again. Cases such as these (and others) would be expected to have to swipe to start again.

Thank you for your feedback. The swipe-to-activate feature is in place as a safety measure to help prevent accidental taps that could cause unintended actions. That said, we do understand that in certain situations—such as towing equipment or mapping—it can become inconvenient. While safety remains a top priority, we truly appreciate you sharing your experience, and we’ll pass this along to our development team for further consideration.

Perhaps there could be a separate tap to lock the manual mode on after the initial swipe? This puts the onus on the operator to unlock manual mode when done?
