Yarborough should allow the consumer the choice to either use a coupon with the list pricing or take advantage of a sale without a coupon. I cannot make a purchase right now with my 400 coupon because I have to wait for a sale to expire. This is crazy. Let me choose what discount I want….

Also, if you use your Yarbo points for a purchase free shipping goes away and you’re charged for it. So the gratuitous points they gave us are not worth what was given.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. I’ve discussed this with the relevant teams, and the system will automatically apply the greater discount at checkout.
Could you please confirm which option offers the bigger discount on your side? This will help us ensure everything is working correctly.

I have a $400 coupon that was credited for the edger not being produced. The system will not allow me to buy the snow blower and use the coupon because it’s on sale for $400. I would also think free shipping is just that free no matter the form of payment.

Agreed. I just used my points to get the flexible antennas and free shipping was removed when I put in the discount code. I feel that sometimes they go out of their way to frustrate customers.

The system just tells me I cannot make a purchase using a coupon. It prevents the sale. I have a $400 coupon and the sale is $200 off. Charge me list less the $400. Seems very simple

No way to retain long term loyal customers. Especially when said points are for buying something as an early adopter that was never produced.

@bryan06107 Hi there, thanks for reaching out! I just want to clarify something first — are you looking at the Snow Blower (with the Yarbo Core included), or the Snow Blower Module only?
If you could share a screenshot of your checkout page, that would help me look into this more accurately.
If it’s the Snow Blower (with Yarbo Core):
The current promotion already provides a $399 discount, which is almost the same as your $400 coupon. In this case, you can complete the purchase without using the coupon and save the coupon for a future order.
If it’s the Snow Blower Module:
You should be able to apply your $400 coupon normally.
