With this week’s storms, I have discovered a function that would be most helpful. A switch to ignore all scheduled runs. The robot went out during a thunderstorm and got stuck. The storm was also causing network issues, so I could not send it back to the charger. A single stop button that returns to the charger and prevents any scheduled run would be very beneficial.
Yes, an ignore schedule “Stay Home” button that is a toggle would be great!
Just like irrigation system. If rain in forecast, cancel schedule for x days
Excellent Suggestion - I agree - would be a great addition. Just like with irrigation controllers. Pause all scheduled programs for x days with a +/- to adjust the number of days. Also have a cancel button if you change your mind and want to resume the schedules. A simple delay select button on main screen which takes you to the delay setup screen.
Would definitely like to see this and also incorporate the rain sensor so that the delay timer doesn’t start until the sensor is no longer detecting rain. Ideally timer is in hours and days if over 24.
Scenarios:
Sensor detects rain, if in plan, returns to dock and waits for rain to stop, then delay timer starts.
Sensor detects rain while docked, waits for rain to stop, delay timer starts.
