Start plan before accquiring GPS

When opening the app and connecting to Yarbo after it has been asleep, it takes several minutes for it to gain GPS signal. Before GPS signal is green, no plan can be started.

Currently, user need to wait and check back in the app until GPS turns gree, then start the plan.

Proposal is to allow starting a plan before GPS turns green, Yarbo will just wait to start until GPS is accquired.

If you schedule the task, it will actually wake up 10 mins before the task and do pretty much exactly what you are asking for.

But, it really should only take 30 seconds or less. Try disabling BT on your phone before opening the app and see if that speeds things up for you. You could also try disabling WiFi on your phone as well if BT doesn’t help.

Also make sure your rover is not connected to your home WiFi. This can cause communication issues that might also be a contributing factor here.
