Sudden poor gps signal

I am having a similar issue can you share a link for Amazon for the specific rtk antennas that you purchased?

Sorry for the late reply, I haven’t been on the forum for a while.

I purchased mine at this link: https://www.amazon.com/Antenna-Precision-Positioning-Unmanned-Waterproof/dp/B0G4G7KFJ1 . However - It looks like the page on Amazon has changed, so now it is very unclear exactly which antenna you would be purchasing based on the picture. I purchased the one shown second from the left in the picture. When I purchased mine as I recall there was a list of individual antennas shown so I could specify which one I wanted.

Thanks for the response. It turned out to be my RTK antenna was bad and after Yarbo sent out a replacement everything has been working fine. I did however purchase one additional antenna from Amazon that appears to have a stronger gains and I will try to troubleshoot and see if I can get better GPS reception.

Glad to hear it was as simple as a bad antenna. Hopefully this will be the last of your issues and Yarbo will be reliable from this point forward!

Thank you!!!

I’ve noticed a couple areas with bad GPS recently where I didn’t have them before. I’ve swapped antennas left to right which didn’t make any difference. I opened a ticket and attached a screen recording of the diag screen (#182079).

Please keep us all posted. Hopefully it’s not a big deal, but it sounds like you’ve already ruled out a bad antenna.

It’s possible that your Data Center RTK antenna is going bad. Let’s see what Yarbo support has to say about it.

Thanks for sharing the details and for submitting the ticket (#182079). I’ve checked it in our system, and our support team is currently looking into the issue to identify the root cause.

We appreciate your patience, and we’ll keep you updated as soon as we have more information.
