Hi everyone,
Like many of you, I didn’t want to wait any longer for official multi-device monitoring tools. So over the last two days, I rolled up my sleeves and built a first version of a “Yarbo Fleet Management Dashboard using Home Assistant”! ![]()

As you can see in the attached screenshot, it allows tracking multiple robots simultaneously, organized clearly by regions and even mapped out via a live map view!
To keep it easy to read at a glance, I implemented a simple color-coded status system:
•
Green: Active / All OK – Running perfectly (e.g., at 100% or 92%).
•
Orange: OK with warnings – Running, but has some error logs or notifications.
•
Red: Standstill – The robot has stopped and needs attention.
•
Grey: Offline – Disconnected or turned off (e.g., demo devices in storage).
Cool feature: With just a single click on the respective Yarbo icon, you can jump directly into all detailed status messages and live data of that specific machine!
I’d love to hear your thoughts, feedback, or ideas for the next version. Let’s build what we need together!
Best regards,
Jörg Schüpbach
