Greetings all, I want to start by saying I have created tickets so this is just to see if anyone else can help. Has anyone had a run with the trimmer without it throwing an error about the line feed? I have it set to just trim two NGZ and every time it throws the error. I fix it by walking out to the trimmer and pulling the string, not out just to lock the head back in. It appears to do it when it feeds the line.
Additionally, I don’t know if this is related or not but ever since I put the trimmer on while it’s mowing it will stop with a lift error. I have the lift detection turn off as my yard has some bumps in it. To fix that problem I just have to press resume and it’s starts mowing again. I don’t move it just press the resume.
Love to hear anyone else’s experience, my next step is to remove the trimmer and run the plan again and see if the lift error occurs again. I couldn’t find a lift detection for the trimmer so I am assuming it’s built in to save the trimmer. But I am just guessing.

Check and make sure your line isn’t crossed or loose inside. If you are trimming and things are hitting underneath the wheel and prematurely cutting the line, it can throw an error. If all of that checks out, open a ticket and they can check the calibration.
As for the lift detection. Toggle it on and off again to be sure it’s actually in effect. If the error is limit angle has been reached, that’s from the trimmer and not the lift detection. Means the trimmer limit switch has been tripped a few times when it’s backing up or it’s extended too far going forward.
Thanks for the quick reply, I have tried the off/on trick but no luck. I also tried restringing and a new head per support but nothing there either. The have escalated my ticket so I am guessing it is just me if yours works. I will pay closer attention to the error and see if it’s limit or lift. You might have a point on that front. Maybe I should try to raise my trimmer from 3.5 to the highest setting and see if that changes anything.

Try a thicker line if it persists. 0.095 is working well for some folks.

Just wanted to provide an update, I am still waiting on support to work on the trimmer issues, so I turned off the trimmer in the plan. I do not have the lift errors anymore, so I am guessing there is something to do with the trimmer moving up/down during the mowing. I will update as I get more information.

I had a chance to test it a bit… there are some corrections to be made regarding the Yarbo’s movements when the trimmer is connected because sometimes it turns as if it were not there… be careful when reversing near obstacles… this evening it wanted to climb a plant and destroy my trimmer… thank goodness I was there. Yarbo will have to revise the rear view. As for the wire feed, it can sometimes give an error and stop… just pull the wire under the trimmer and hear it click.
That is interesting. It is “module lifted” error you were getting? I don’t see a correlation whether trimmer is off or on if that’s the case, so very interesting nonetheless if so.
@Gabriele that is what I was doing, but support just pushed new code to my machine and now I don’t have the trimmer feed problem anymore. No hardware replaced, no new spool. Just software. I am guessing the trigger to get the string out and then catch the spool needed a different timer or speed to lock the spool in. But I am back mowing and trimming with those errors. No to figure out how to handle those 90 turns around my chicken coop.
