Trimmer delivery

Yesterday they told me to wait until the end of the day because it was being shipped, but it seems like it was yet another scam… I’ll wait until the end of May, then ask for a refund and I don’t want to hear about it anymore.

No shipping notification either.

For those that may not have noticed, the Yarbo website has been updated and looks like it has a different shipping backend. I’m going to go out on a limb and say that’s probably why things have been delayed.

I saw the updated site and I can see my orders under Europe which is still pending anyway

I had noticed the Shipping page looked different a couple of days ago, but didn’t know when that change was implemented cause I don’t look at the page very often.

Yeah it was updated a while ago and then apparently early this morning changed again completely.

yes yes it’s also fine to send out a new website. but it should be possible to send products at the same time as it is updated. :grin:

Well not if the order tracking, inventory, shipping labels, etc are tied into that whole system. Not saying that they are, but that is my assumption that they are integrated somehow.

yes, that’s probably it. but it probably doesn’t surprise them that they have planned to deliver a 2025 trimmer in the fall of 2025 and then have to delay it because they have to make a website. why not just say they are not skilled enough and then say we can’t deliver before 2027. so they don’t have to answer 1000 questions about delivery. I asked on my ticket if it was a shipment from China on the 6th or a local warehouse in the EU. they couldn’t really answer that and had to send it on to another department. that’s been 2 days. :joy::rofl:

I have confirmation that there is a fed ex number tied to my back brace. It has tracking #, but has not reached fed ex yet, number was assigned on May 5th.

Last year when they re did shipping the first time they changed my original purchase to March 2025, not early January like it originally was.

They just replied to me that they started shipping yesterday and they are going based on the purchase order

If I only get a back brace I am going to lose my shit on this company. There is no indication of trimmer shipping. My original order always send pending as the trimmer was never shipped, it now says “confirmed”.

I literally just laughed out loud reading this! Thank you for saying it. I think there will be a lot of folks who feel exactly the same way.

I joked earlier about getting a shipment with nothing but the free spool inside. Sure hope that’s not what happens!

Went to Yarbo’s shipping area and it is all new again from earlier today.

I just did the fed ex tracking and it says yarbo created the shipping label on 3-11-26.

WTH is going on here? I don’t get this company at all. Why don’t they address this at all? Guess I have to go to the ticket area and open my ticket AGAIN to ask if it shipped on the 6th like they last told me it was going to ship.

Got a bs canned reply form support, on May 6th my order started to get prepared for shipping,

" Trimmer shipments are now officially being arranged, and our logistics team has started preparing orders for dispatch form 6th may."

How can a company work like this, seems like a bunch of kids running the show. I don’t get the missed date after missed date.

So now with them screwing up my original order date from January 2025 to March 2025 I am probably farther down the list of receiving my trimmer. How do you mess up a order date by months?

So “shipment being arranged” and “preparing for dispatch” is how you say you missed May 6th without saying you missed May 6th :slight_smile:

Should have never let them push the delivery date to April/May. Maybe picking the November option we would have had them by now. Maybe…
