Yarbo can you give us an update on shipping the trimmer to people that chose spring delivery? I have not heard anything since making that choice last fall. @Yarbo-Forum

Please keep us updated in here. The trimmer was supposed to be out last spring, then summer, then fall, then? I know you made some changes last fall, but they should be just sitting in a warehouse ready to ship if the changes were made many months ago.Temps are warming and soon the grass will be green.
Are they at least in the USA?

You all do realize this is a large part of the reason you haven’t sold some yet right? I’m waiting to see this actually manifest itself for users before I order, as the delays B-Mod refers to are part of why I’ve waited.
I think you all took money for the side and edge trimmer that never materialized either, right? So two plus years and this still doesn’t exist, yet you want people to pump 800$+ into your product again? You see the hesitation existing users have, imagine what those that aren’t familiar with this would feel.

The back brace mount will be delivered together with the trimmer.
I think he maybe only bought the BBM.

I’m really sorry to hear this, and thank you for being candid. We understand the delayed delivery has impacted user confidence, and it’s completely reasonable that many customers want to see features or products fully delivered before making another purchase decision. We’re truly sorry for the frustration this has caused.
Huh…I thought this was a fully released product, not vapor-ware. I probably wouldn’t have purchased it had I realized that it wasn’t shipping.
When do you start delivering in the EU? I had chosen delivery in October/November but you ran out of stock. Strange you could do that. Will they be delivered before mowing season?
