Has anyone received a tracking number for their trimmer delivery?

Not yet. Isn’t delivery in March? I thought at first it was this November but then it changed to March. I could be wrong.
I don’t believe the late October orders have shipped out yet. I could be wrong. I opted for March.
You could choose between October/November or first until March.
I chose one for October/November and one for March. My first delivery didn’t arrive until December. So I don’t have high expectations this year.

I thought you said you selected March for the trimmer.
Christmas came early I guess.
I asked because I requested mine for March and was wondering if I should expect it early. I haven’t received an email stating otherwise.
If you haven’t been getting the delivery update emails then I wouldn’t expect you would be getting it early. I had two orders. I guess one got marked for March and one for November. When I got the shipping update emails, I assumed that’s what happened. At least it will give me one to test with earlier.

- Europe: The shipment is still under customs review. There are no new timeline updates at this moment, but we are closely following up with the relevant authorities.
Customs always seems to be the longest part of the journey and cause the most grief.

Just received an email from order support that my trimmer won’t be shipped until January.
So the moving session is getting closer and closer.
After numerous emails saying my trimmer (Nov shipment) was “on the way” and “currently in customs” I just received this response from support after three weeks of no updates
We sincerely apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this may have caused. At the moment, we are experiencing a significantly high volume of trimmer orders, which has impacted processing and dispatch timelines.
So all of the updates prior were a load of crap. I spent $8k with this company in July of last year. I’ve had two core replacements and a mower replaced in a single season and now this. What an absolute joke.
