Wow. Sorry to hear it. Certainly not a positive first impression of the trimmer.
In my case, they said my trimmer is fine and doesn’t require replacement. Just the Core.
Thankfully I can keep using my core while I wait. Just can’t use the trimmer.

Exactly the same with me here. I do not have a Yarbo lawn mower, I use a Luba, run its rounds before Yarbo was invented. But there are edges the Luba cannot mow. That is where the Yarbo trimmer should and will step in, to finish the lawn work.
And boy, is that hardware a great piece of engineering! Marveless!
But: The software is not even Beta-status, means not ready yet for the end user. I tried to use memory path runs, and every corner Yarbo takes is not a smooth forward run, it goes back and forth as in the video:
cannot be released to the public. The way it is now it may damage or even destroy itself or damage any structure it runs at.
Please, Yarbo people, fix this. And fast.
Like I posted above watch out, it will try to do a memory path in reverse if you start a plan too close to the end of the path. Third time I tried a memory path it happened to me, lucky I was out there to catch it before it backed into a wire fence and wrecked the fence and possibly the trimmer.
I continue to have line error problems… Yarbo told me to send him photos of the head etc. Now I’m waiting for their response
if you have one, use the trimmer with the sam…smaller dimensions and easier movement.
