Trimmer Running Memory Path In Reverse

I wish they would extend everyone for a total of 3 years like Lymow and other companies have done.

I completely stopped using the sidewalks with the snowblower once the backward driving issue showed up. Haven’t used them since.

I didn’t think about the warranty. Yeah our warranty will expire before tow mode.

That’s a sad thing to think about.

But it’s probably true.

Tow mode, it’s only been discussed since 2023. My bet is winter of 2027.

Another issue with the trimmer…

Yarbo was in one area, and I started a memory path plan that starts in another area. Yarbo drove all the way to that area mowing grass and trimming. Now I have a huge mowed area straight across my front lawn. Another software issue.

@B-Mod Could you please add this new behavior to your existing trimmer-related ticket #204149? This will help our team investigate the issue more thoroughly. Thank you!

I will do that, I did not know it did this till yesterday as I did not watch it move from one area to the next.

Makes me wonder if that is a fluke versus a behavior that happens every time. I haven’t heard anyone else mention it happening.

Guess I’ll soon find out cause my replacement trimmer is finally going to be delivered on Friday.

Well I guess I keep getting the flukes. 2 right in a row. I sent it to do a trimming job and it starts doing the wrong on in reverse. So I send it to another job and it mows and trims as it travels to the job.

And I still 80% or more of the time get errors that after doing an area it can’t find it’s way back to the charger without me driving it about 10 feet and then trying again manually to get it to charge.

They still haven’t replied to me regarding the shipping for the replacement. My issue is a line error, but the cuts made while reversing follow the path I created.

Not a fluke. Many user reports of it.

How long have you been waiting for shipping info?

15 day

I would give them a little nudge, but then they might ask for a video like they did for me, lol.

Call Yarbo Support and ask that your ticket be escalated. Be polite, but reference the extended delay and that you need a swift resolution.

I’ll write to them again, because I don’t speak English, so I can’t call them

This is why we need a Universal Translator (Star Trek reference), to eliminate such barriers!

@Yarbo-Forum : Can you please assist @Gabriele in prioritizing his trimmer replacement?

Thanks …i send email a support yarbo .

Don’t worry, they had already asked me for the photos, which I promptly sent them.
