When in smart vision allow use of controls in event of collision

Using smart vision while a plan is active makes the controls inactive. This is fine except when there is a collision, you are unable to move yarbo and resume plan without leaving smart vision, and relaunching it to enable the remote control.

If smart vision would allow you to control yarbo when there’s a work stoppage event without having to relaunch that function, it would make for smoother operation
