Hallo zusammen,

mit der Vorstellung der neuen M-Series auf der CES 2026 hat Yarbo ein eigenes Collector-Modul eingeführt, das Laub und Schmutz nicht nur bewegt, sondern auch autonom aufsammelt und entleert.

Als Nutzer der Y-Series finde ich diese Entwicklung besonders interessant, da die aktuelle Lösung hier auf den Blower (Laubbläser) beschränkt ist und kein echtes Sammeln ermöglicht.

In verschiedenen Diskussionen habe ich gesehen, dass Yarbo die Weiterentwicklung von Modulen für die Y-Series grundsätzlich nicht ausgeschlossen hat und es gewisse funktionale Überschneidungen zur M-Series geben könnte. Konkrete Informationen zu einem möglichen Laubsammler für die Y-Series konnte ich jedoch bisher nicht finden.

Daher meine Frage an Yarbo und die Community:
Gibt es Pläne für ein Laubsammel- bzw. Collector-Modul für die Y-Series, ähnlich dem Konzept der M-Series?

Falls ja:

  • Wäre dies ein komplett neues Modul?

  • Oder eher eine Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Blower-Systems?

Gerade für größere Grundstücke wäre ein echtes Sammelsystem aus meiner Sicht ein deutlicher Mehrwert gegenüber dem reinen Verblasen von Laub.

with the introduction of the new M-Series at CES 2026, Yarbo has added a dedicated collector module that can autonomously collect and dump leaves and debris.

As a Y-Series user, I find this development particularly interesting, since the current solution for the Y-Series is limited to the blower module and does not actually collect material.

From various discussions, it seems that Yarbo has not ruled out further module development for the Y-Series, and there may be some functional overlap with the M-Series. However, I have not found any concrete information about a possible leaf collection solution for the Y-Series so far.

So my question to Yarbo and the community:
Are there any plans to introduce a leaf collector / collection module for the Y-Series, similar in concept to the M-Series collector?

If so:

  • Would this be a completely new module?

  • Or rather an evolution of the existing blower system?

Especially for larger properties, a true collection system would be a significant upgrade compared to simply blowing leaves around.

It would be a completely new module. I believe we might eventually see it for the Y. There’s a big ask for it.

If I had a choice to purchase a leaf collector when I bought the Y I probably wouldn’t have purchased B1 as quickly or at all.

That’s said, I love the blower. Hella powerful.

Ich persönlich würde mich sehr darüber freuen, wenn Yarbo ein Laubsammler- bzw. Collector-Modul für die Y-Series entwickeln würde. Meine Yarbo ist auf unterschiedlichen Flächen im Einsatz – darunter befestigte Bereiche wie Hof und Einfahrt sowie Grünflächen. Gerade in der Hofpflege würde ein echtes Sammelsystem einen deutlichen Mehrwert darstellen, da Laub und Schmutz nicht nur bewegt, sondern direkt aufgenommen und entfernt werden können.

Der aktuelle Blower ist ohne Frage sehr leistungsstark und erfüllt seinen Zweck beim Verblasen hervorragend. Dennoch stößt dieses Prinzip in der Praxis an Grenzen, insbesondere wenn das Ziel ein sauberes Gesamtbild ohne nachträgliches manuelles Einsammeln ist.

Ein Collector-Modul würde die Einsatzmöglichkeiten der Y-Series erheblich erweitern und sie noch attraktiver für Nutzer mit größeren oder vielseitigen Grundstücken machen. Aus meiner Sicht wäre das ein logischer nächster Schritt in der Weiterentwicklung des modularen Systems.

I would personally really welcome a leaf collection (collector) module for the Y-Series. My Yarbo operates across different types of surfaces – including paved areas like my yard and driveway as well as green spaces. Especially for yard maintenance, a true collection system would be a significant improvement, as it would not only move leaves and debris but actually pick them up and remove them.

The current blower is undoubtedly very powerful and does a great job at moving debris. However, in real-world use, this approach has its limitations—particularly when the goal is achieving a clean result without requiring additional manual cleanup afterward.

A collector module would significantly expand the usability of the Y-Series and make it even more appealing for users with larger or more complex properties. From my perspective, this would be a logical next step in the evolution of the modular system.
