Yarbo gps disconnected

Hello, i have had the yarbo for a year now and im very happy. However some time maybe the last 3 weeks or so there has been nothing for it to do, as we have switched from lawnmower to auger now. But i have noticed when i have been in on the app that the gps is disconnected. As I am used to it using som time after you connect with the app to say gps connected i havent really given it much thought. But now that i was going to play with it i noticed it does not want to come online at all.

I have tried the usuall fixes like turning it on and off aswell as taking the data center power on and off. It seems like it finds satelites, but the “quality” displayed is bad. As I have had strong signals previously im not sure what to do. I have also moved it around to see if i can get some signales at other locations. Any tips would be appreciated. (Datacenter is up to date).

Can you post some screenshots of your diagnostic screen? Rover, Status, Data Center, and HaLow sections. You can omit the GNGGA GPS coordinates information.

Hi there, thanks for sharing the details and for being a long-time Yarbo user.

As Bryan suggested, could you please post a screenshot of the diagnostics screen? That will help us gather more information and better understand what’s happening with the GPS connection.

In addition, we recommend submitting a support ticket and including the troubleshooting steps you’ve already tried. This will allow our support team to investigate the issue more thoroughly and assist you as quickly as possible.

Thanks for your patience, and we look forward to helping you get this resolved.

There’s an issue with your data center. Status 1 for RTK isn’t normal. Neither is -1 for data latency.

First, make sure your DC firmware is up to date. Settings, data center settings. If it is, next try unplugging your cores battery and the data center POE injector for 5 mins. Connect the data center power, wait for a green light, then power up the core. If the RTK status is still 1, I’d recommend doing a DC reinstall at that point. That will wipe your maps. However, you should be able to restore them from the cloud after. If you don’t want to risk that, I’d suggest opening a ticket and seeing if support could fix the issue.

Update. I tired replugging all the cables from the PoE adapter and letting the light on the adapter die out. Then replugging everything. Now it works as it used to.
