@zeusmos - Yarbo said it was a “defective BMS inside the battery”. I am sure it is like most new batteries, and it is smart / BMS = Battery Management System I think.
In short this is what mine was doing and I noticed it from day one but just assumed this is how it worked. Would charge and around the high 60’s to 70’s percent it would hang then jump to 100%. I called after it was in the middle of a scheduled job this week and went back to recharge, it sat on the charger for 10 hours and was at 75 percent I think, would fell back to 73 then to 75, kept that ping pong up for several more hours until I called Yarbo. After doing the plug in for 2 hours to cord / house power then shutdown for 4 to “reset” the battery it was back to stalling in the 60’s then jump to 100.
Yarbo said this was the issue (defective BMS), but I still need more approval to get the replacement battery. I love the bureaucracy - makes the entire customer service experience even more enjoyable.
This is my first time using the unit and I have the same issue. The route pattern selected is inefficient. The unit throws snow in areas already cleared. The unit moves before the chute is finished turning. Neither the parallel nor the circle patterns work in my situation.
