I ordered during the 5 Year Warranty promo but in the app under the Warranty Management section it’s only displaying 2 years.
I got my warranty date corrected by opening a ticket. Included the order number, date of order, and arrival date.

The additional years is handled by a third party and won’t show in the app. What you see is Yarbo’s standard 2 year warranty.

As Bryan stated, the additional years won’t show in the app. Yarbo support did confirm this.
Mine is worse, it shows the activation date of the previous owner (1/10/25) vs the activation on my original purchase (8/23/25). I’m guessing my refurb was their refurb as well since it shows their SAM was activated 11/17/24…almost 9 months before my actual core was activated.
so is this the next scam? First receive used damaged units then can’t confirm your actual warranty period due to multiple core replacements?! Starting to piece together the black magic of Yarbo here. Come on Core #3!
I’d say email support. They fixed one of my activation date for me.
